1. Flat bottom seat
Conventional gate valves often accumulate in the groove of the valve bottom due to foreign matter such as stones, wood blocks, cement, paper scraps, and debris after the water is washed. It is easy to cause the water to close and form a water leakage phenomenon. The bottom of the soft sealing gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris accumulation, so that the fluid is unobstructed.
2. Overall rubberized
The valve is made of high-quality rubber for the whole inner and outer rubber. The domestic first-class rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valve to ensure accurate geometrical dimensions, and the rubber and ductile iron valves are then firmly secured, not easy to fall off and have good elastic memory.
3. Corrosion resistance
The valve body is coated with powder epoxy to prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body. It can also be used in sewage systems. It is not easy to break. In the past, traditional cast iron gate valves often cause breakage due to impact, collision or overlap of foreign objects. Since the body is changed to ductile iron, this situation can be greatly reduced.
4. Three “O” type
Because the valve stem is designed with a three “O” ring seal. It can reduce the frictional resistance during switching, greatly reduce the leakage phenomenon and replace the sealing ring without stopping the water.
5. Helping to drink
Since the inside of the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, the inner and outer surfaces of the gate valve are completely covered with rubber without rust water or corrosion, which can be used for raw drinks.
6. Precision casting body
The valve body is precision cast, and the precise geometry allows the valve to be sealed without any finishing in the north of the valve body.
7. Light weight
The body is made of ductile casting, and the weight is reduced by about 20% to 30% compared with the traditional gate valve, which is convenient for maintenance.
